Mr. Sandeep Salunkhe, learned Counsel appearing for the review Petitioner makes a statement that the dispute between the parties is amicably settled and parties have reduced the same into consent terms dated 18th December 2015. He placed on record copy of the consent terms. Same is taken on record and marked "X".

Mr. Salunkhe states that in view of the consent terms, the Petitioners do not wish to prosecute this review petition. On instructions, he seeks leave to withdraw the review petition. Leave is granted. Review petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
