None appears for the petitioner. The prayer made in this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, on 4th November, 2014 is for seeking a writ of mandamus directing the State Government to decide the representation dated 29th September, 2011. Apart from the fact that after September 2011, the petitioner took no steps, without holding a public auction a spot can never be alloted to the petitioner for excavation of sand. 2.

Hence, there is no reason to entertain this petition and the same is rejected.
