The indictment against the applicant is that the applicant had induced the frst informant to part with a sum of Rs. 4 lakhs by making a false representation that he would secure a room for the frst informant in MMRDA, Karve Nagar, Kanjurmarg (E), Mumbai and had also prepared false and forged documents. 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid nature of the accusation, this Court had refused interim relief by ascribing reasons on 15th November, 2019. None had appeared for the applicant on 21st August, 2021 as well.

In the aforesaid backdrop, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the application pending. Even otherwise, on Vishal Parekar 1/2

22-aba-2476-2019.doc merits the applicant does not deserve the exercise of the discretion for grant of pre-arrest bail.
