The present application is captioned as 'Criminal Bail Application'. When the prayer clause in the application is annnexed, it reads as under :- "(a) That the Non-bailable Warrant issued against the Applicant by the trial Court at 3rd Vikhroli Court on 9th April, 2019 be quashed or cancelled by an Order of this Hon'ble Court.

2/2 11 BA 3161-19.doc (b) That the Non-bailable Warrant issued against the Applicant by the trial Court on 9th April 2019 be temporarily stayed by an order of this Hon'ble Court till the final hearing and disposal of this present Bail Application.
(bi) Distress Warrants issued by the trial Court be cancelled."
By the present application, what is sought by the application is cancellation of non-bailable warrant issued against him by the 3rd Vikhroli Court in Domestic Violence proceedings. Since the application is captioned as 'Bail Application' and the relief sought reveal as above, the said application is liable to be dismissed, reserving the liberty to the applicant to take appropriate proceedings, if he is still aggrieved by the said impugned order dated 9th April 2019.
