The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to respondent no. 7 to register the FIR against respondent nos. 8, 9 and 20 others. The said directions are sought on the basis of the complaint dated 24th September, 2015. Perusal of the said complaint reveals that the said complaint is given not by the applicant but by his advocate and police did not take cognizance of the same.

In the above circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Officer in charge of the concerned Police Station with 1/2

18-wp-4588.2015 his complaint making grievance against respondent nos. 8, 9 and 20 others. In the event the petitioner makes such complaint, the officer of the concerned Police Station shall inquire into and take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within the period of seven days from the receipt of the complaint. Subject to above, petition is disposed of.
