Heard Application for suspension of sentence. The sentence is of 20 years awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur in Special Case No.280 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 376(AB) of IPC and Section 5(m) punishable under Section 6 of POCSO Act.

On going through the record and deposition of witnesses, this Court finds that no case is made out to suspend the sentence and grant of bail to the accused.

The Application is therefore rejected.
