The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 15th October 2015 by which the petitioner's application for stay has been rejected by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. The petitioner has filed this Petition. On 3rd December 2015 this Court while considering the prayer for interim relief ordered for continuation of the status­quo which was passed in Writ Petition No.8996 of 2015. 45-wp-12021-2015 the circumstances, we dispose of the petition by directing Additional Commissioner, Pune to decide the Petitioner's Appeal No.SR No.96 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. Status­quo order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8996 of 2015 and continued on 03rd December 2015 shall continue till the matter is finally decided by the Additional Commissioner, Pune.
