C. :- 1) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, police had filed 'B Summary Report' in the Court of 9th Metropolitan Magistrate First Class, Solapur and the trial Court by its Order dated 19th December, 2023 has granted the said Summary. He produced on record a photocopy of the Order dated 19th December, 2023 passed by the trial Court.

2) In view of the above, Application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
