Since the prosecution and the original complainant - Mr. Gurupreet Singh, Intervenor in person had filed voluminous records and advanced length submissions, the matter was closed for orders on 16.3.2017.

Today, the learned counsel for the applicants has placed on record the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 27.3.2017, thereby granting stay to the further proceedings in all the 19 FIRs in terms of prayer clause (c). The Hon'ble Apex Court has further been pleased to direct the release of the applicants on bail in all the said 19 cases. In view of the fact that the applicants have been enlarged on bail by the orders of the Hon'ble Apex Court, the prayers in the present Applications have become infructuous. Hence, the Applications stand disposed of. 4.

The Intervention Application is heard, allowed and disposed of.
