For the reasons separately recorded in the order, the following order is passed:-
ORDER
i) Both these applications for grant of Anticipatory bail filed by the applicants Mitesh Vageriya and Gurjot Singh Sandhu are rejected.
ii) In view of disposal of Anticipatory Bail applications, Criminal Application bearing Nos.1061 of 2017 and 1062 of 2017 stand disposed of.
iii) At this stage, request is made by the learned advocates appearing for both the applicants to continue the interim relief in order to enable the applicants to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matters.

iv) Order granting ad-interim anticipatory bail was operating in favour of both the applicants, the same shall be continued for a period of three weeks.
