2] The grievance of the petitioner is that on his complaints, enquiries were conducted against the the Members of Grampanchayat and Gram Sevak of village Jainwadi, Pandharpur. Copies of enquiry reports have been filed by the petitioner at Exhibit-F, Exhibit-G and Exhibit-H dated 22nd December 2015 and 1st March 2016 respectively. 3] A prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to take appropriate further steps in pursuance to the said enquiry reports.

2 p-502-wp-2000-2017.sxw 4] Keeping in view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon merits of the matter and the allegations leveled by the petitioner in this petition, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondents to act further on the said enquiry reports, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
