Mr. Sandesh Patil, under instructions from the petitioner who is present before the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Tribunal under RERA Act. He further submits that the petitioner will file an application for condonation of delay before the RERA authority and seek condonation in view of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
