P.C.:- 1) Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions, submitted that, the case of the Petitioner has been reconsidered by the Competent Authority in consonance with the decision of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 364 of 2021 dated 8th September 2021 in the case of Madhav Bhaguje Handore (co-accused) and the Competent Authority has now placed the Petitioner in category of Clause 3(b) of Government Resolution dated 15th March 2010. That, the Petitioner will now have to undergo total sentence of 22 years including remission.
