This is an application for relaxing condition No.(iii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 28.06.2017 by this Court in Bail Application No.1024 of 2017.

By the said condition, the applicant is directed to report Dahisar Police Station, once in a week on Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. until further orders.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, since the day of Aarti Palkar 1/2

26.APPP.1063.17.doc release from jail, the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition. He further submitted that, the charge-sheet has already been filed by the concerned police station and therefore the said condition may be relaxed.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, condition No.(iii) is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to report Dahisar Police Station on every 1st Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till conclusion of trial.
