1] This is an application for modification of condition imposed by this Court by order dated 18th March 2015 on the applicant while releasing him on bail. By the said order, while releasing the applicant on bail, it was directed that he shall report to the trial court on every working day till disposal of the case against him.

2] Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that due to the said stringent condition, the applicant is unable to take up any job and due to that he is facing financial difficulties. The record

YBG appp995-15 annexed to the present applicant discloses that the applicant has been complying with the order dated 18th March 2015 without any excuse and reporting to the trial court as directed therein. 3] In view of the same, I am inclined to modify the said condition thereby directing the applicant to report to the trial court once in a fortnight on Friday till completion of trial. Hence following order:- (I) The condition No.(ii) imposed in para No.12 of the order dated 18th March 2015 is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the trial court once in a fortnight on Friday till conclusion of the trial in C.R.NO.338 of 2011 registered with Juhu Police station; (ii) Rest of the conditions imposed shall remain unaltered; (iii) The application is disposed off.
