At the outset, Mr.Patil, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that, after the completion of the investigation of the present Crime Police have submitted charge-sheet. The Petitioners thus are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. 2.

By reserving the said remedy, Petition is disposed off. 3.
