Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner on Civil Application No. 2664 of 2017.

On due consideration of the reasons stated in the said Application, we find that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the Writ Petition was called for hearing. In the circumstances, by condoning the absence of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, we order restoration of the Writ Petition No. 10589 of 2017 to its original number. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the Civil Application is disposed of.
