About the apportionment of amount, the Respondents have filed separate praecipe which is marked at Exhibit ' Y' and which indicates that they have mutually agreed to accept the apportionment as per determination made by the trial Court. All the present parties have signed the Exhibit ' X' and '

Y' and agreed to abide the contents.

In view of above, First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms and apportionment, indicated in Exhibit ' X'

and 'Y'
