By order dated 04/12/2015, we had directed that Respondents should give hearing to the Petitioner on the show-cause notice issued by them and till that time no coercive steps should be taken as mentioned in the notice.

This Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the competent authority to take decision on the show-cause notice issued

2/2 WP/12015/2015 by them to the Petitioner within eight weeks after giving hearing to the Petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and till that time not to demolish the said structure. If any adverse order is passed, the said order may not be implemented for a period of two weeks thereafter.
