This Application is made against the order dated 23rd November, 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 40th Court, Girgaum, Mumbai wherein the permission to deposit penalty of Rs.2,000/- beyond the stipulated time is rejected. Interalia, the order dated 25th November, 2016, confirming the order of the Metropolitan Magistrate, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai is also challenged in this Application. 2.

Perused both the orders. The applicant is ready to deposit penalty of Rs.2,000/-. Hence, both the orders are set aside. The applicant is allowed to deposit Rs.2,000/- in the trial Court till 6th December, 2016. 3.

Application is disposed of.
