It is alleged, the applicant deterred and prevented public servant from discharging his ofcial duties and hence, Crime No.393 of 2019 was registered against him under Sections 353, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Applicant has fled afdavit/Undertaking that he shall not in future indulge in similar acts. Afdavit/Undertaking is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for Identification.

924-ABA-24902019.odt In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.393 of 2019 registered with Vitthalwadi Police Station, he shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount. Applicant shall report to the Investigating Ofcer on 24th, 27th, 31st December, 2019 and on 7th and 14th January, 2020 between 11 a.m. to 1 noon.
