Heard. By this First Appeal, the Appellant challenges the judgment and award dated 21.11.2011 passed by the Railways Claims Tribunal Mumbai in Claim application No.O.A.No.1101/2011 dismissing their claim application for Rs.4 lacs.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
