1] Heard Mr.Sejpal, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms.Shinde, learned APP for the State.
2] This application is filed by the Applicant through jail for temporary bail during the pendency of the above appeal, in order to attend the marriage of his niece.
3] Learned APP points out and Mr.Sejpal, learned counsel for the Applicant does not dispute that the Petitioner's elder brother is the father of Shikha, who is getting married on 20th December, 2016 and therefore, he is there to take care of the marriage of his daughter. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this application.
4] This Application is, therefore, dismissed.
