P.C. :- 1] Mr. Sadavarte, learned counsel for the applicants, states that the dispute, which is subject matter of the appeal which has since been dismissed for non-prosecution, has already been settled. He submits that formal orders are required for restoration of the appeal and thereafter, he seeks to withdraw the appeal unconditionally, since the dispute has been settled. Accordingly, the civil application for restoration is allowed. The appeal is restored. 2] Upon motion of Mr. Sadavarte, learned counsel for the applicants, the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn and the same is disposed of as withdrawn.
