Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicantwife. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-husband seeks time to take instructions.

Appeal preferred by the applicant has been admitted for final hearing wherein there is a challenge to the Decree of Divorce passed under clause (X) of Section 10 of the Divorce Act, 1869. As a substantive appeal against the Decree of Divorce has been admitted, the execution and operation of the Decree of Divorce will have to be stayed. Accordingly, we dispose of the Civil Application by passing of the following order.
ORDER
There shall be stay of the execution and operation of the impugned Decree of Divorce dated 17th November 2014 till the final disposal of the appeal.
