In the last paragraph of the said report, it is mentioned that an 'A' Summary Report has been submitted in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ulhasnagar on 6th January, 2018.

In the light of the said report, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.Marwadi states that the above Writ Petition would not survive.
