The Applicant is seeking Anticipatory Bail for temporary period with a view to approach the appropriate Court. It is submitted that the husband of the applicant has lodged the complaint in the Court at 21-1st Ld. Additional Munsif Srinagar, State of Jammu & Kashmir for offence punishable under Section 500 of IPC. Non-bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant. 2.
It is submitted that there are matrimonial disputes against the applicant and her husband has filed the complaint. The documents annexed to this application indicates that non-bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant. It is also pointed out that the Sajakali Jamadar
2 of 2 919-ABA-2492-19.doc applicant could not attend the Court on account of situation prevailing in the area whereby the Court is situated. The applicant is a lady having small child. Considering the circumstances for a temporary period with a view to approach the competent Court, applicant can be granted protection.
O R D E R
i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with non-bailable warrant issued against the applicant in Case No. 5 of 2019 pending in the Court of 21-1st Ld. Additional Munsif, Srinagar, State of Jammu & Kashmir, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;
ii) This interim protection granted for a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.
iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
