This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Notices have been ordered to be issued to the respondents. It appears that notices have not been issued in consequence of the failure of the applicant to supply spare copies. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will supply the spare copies.

However, I find that the appeal, that is intended to be filed,is Gaikwad RD 1/2

906.APPANo.16232014 purportedly by a victim of the alleged offence. It is being filed under the proviso to Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. A view have been taken by this Court that no period of limitation has been prescribed for filing of such an appeal. As such, it is not necessary to pass any specific order on this application. 4.

The appeal be numbered and be placed on board for admission on 16th January, 2015.
