By this application, the Applicant - Orig. Respondent No.1 prays for leave to withdraw an amount of Rs.51,532/- deposited in Writ Petition No. 6843 of 2006, alongwith accrued interest.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the nonapplicants herein submits that since the matter is resolved between the parties, the Applicants can withdraw the said amount. 3.

Considering the above, this application is allowed and Applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw Rs.51,532/- with accrued interest, by tendering the application for withdrawal, duly identified by the learned Counsel alongwith a copy of the Voter I.D. card and the Income Tax PAN.
