The conduct of the petitioners is noted by this Court in several earlier orders. The paragraphs 3 and 4 of the order dated 16th November, 2017 reads thus :- 3.

The present Petitioner has not prosecuted diligently. Since 15/1/2014 none appears for the

KVM 2/2 36 - WP 11497 OF 2013.doc Petitioner. It is made clear that the pendency of this Petition shall not be construed as a stay to the further proceedings in Special Civil Suit No.319/2000 and the learned Civil Judge is hereby directed to conclude the suit as expeditiously as possible.

Stand over to 15/12/2017 by way of last chance. Office to communicate this order to the concerned Court forthwith.

Even thereafter this Court has cautioned that if the matter is not worked out, the same shall be dismissed.

The petitions are dismissed.
