Applicant is cited as an accused no.1 in Sessions Case No.5 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Satara. The learned trial Judge vide order dated 10 th October, 2019, declined to release the applicant on bail.

Para-8 of the order shows that, charges were framed on 24 th December, 2018. Witnesses were present but the applicant-accused did not cross-examine the witnesses and filed an application, Exhibit-22 and requested to provide copy of CDR and Memory Card. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions now submits that, the next date before the trial Court, is 15 th February, 2021.

The applicant is in custody since July, 2017. 5.

In the circumstances, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to conclude the trial, preferably before 31 st May, 2021. If the trial is not concluded before 31 st May, 2021, the applicant may renew her request for bail. Application is disposed off in above terms.
