Respondent No.1 is also present, along with his counsel. They admit the terms and conditions of the 'Consent Terms', which are filed on record. 3.

As the Appeal is being only on the point of quantum of the compensation, the notice to the Respondent No.2-Owner is dispensed with, as per paragraph No.10 of the 'Consent Terms'. 4.

In view of the 'Consent Terms', the First Appeal is disposed off. 5.

The 'Decree' be drawn as per the 'Consent Terms', which are taken on record and marked as 'Annexure-A' for identification. 6.
