By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari for quashing and setting aside the Notice dated 03.11.2022 and further seeks a writ of Mandamus against the Respondent No.2 to decide Revision Application filed by the Petitioner.

Mr.Vanarase, learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 on instructions, states that the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner would be decided within three months from today. Statement is accepted. The Revisional Authority shall grant personal hearing of the Husen

18.wp-14557 OF 2022.doc Petitioner before deciding the said Revision Application. The order that would be passed by the Revisional authority shall be communicated to the Petitioner within one week from the date of passing such order. 4.

Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 25.11.2022 to continue during the pendency of the said Revision Application and for a period of two weeks thereafter from the date of communication of the order if the order is adverse against the Petitioner.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any views on the merits of the said Revision Application and Notice dated 03.11.2022. All the contentions of both parties raised in the said Revision Application are kept open.

Writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute. No order as to costs.
