Heard the petitioner in person and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The matter was referred to mediation. The learned Mediator has submitted a report dated 13th April, 2022 about successful mediation.

In accordance with the resolution of the dispute, arrived at through mediated settlement, the respondent has delivered a Demand Draft in the sum of Rs. 60,000/- drawn on ICICI Bank payable on 13th April, 2022. The petitioner acknowledges the receipt of the Demand Draft.

The petitioner further submits that as provided in clause 2 of the resolution of the dispute, as recorded in the mediation report, he would withdraw C.C.No.269/SW/2014 pending on the file of Vishal Parekar, P.A.
