DATE: NOVEMBER 14, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Complaint preferred by the Applicant for the offence under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, came to be dismissed.

2] The contentions are, police officials and respected persons from the village have compelled the Applicant to withdraw the complaint. There are no specific attributions against any of the villagers or police officials and that being so, it is difficult to appreciate the case of the Applicant in the present proceedings.
