When this Petition was placed for admission, Mr. Jetly, on instructions, produces a copy of the communication addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs dated 7th December, 2017. 2.

It says that the Superintendent of Customs speaking for the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-III has considered the request of the importer-petitioner before us regarding re-export. That request has been granted. It is in these circumstances that Mr. Prakash Shah does not press for any relief in terms of the prayers of this Petition.

A copy of this communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view thereof, the Writ Petition does not survive and is disposed of as withdrawn.
