Application is moved for bail as accused is facing charges under Section 120(B) of Indian Penal Code and also Section 4 and 6 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908. Applicant is facing charges of preparing bomb. As per the case of the prosecution four live bombs were found with him.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that applicant is innocent and there is no evidence against him. 3.

At this stage, it is necessary to mention that the learned prosecutor on instructions has submitted that in the present case, charge is framed by the learned Sessions Judge and trial is to proceed soon. 1 / 2

Under such circumstances, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to complete the trial preferably within four months i.e. upto 31st October, 2015.
