The respondents are served. By this civil application the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 429 days in filing the present second appeal. No affidavit in reply has been filed. I have perused the reasons recorded in the civil application. I am satisfied that the delay of 429 has been sufficiently explained by the applicant. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the delay of 429 days is condoned. The applicant is directed to remove all the office objections within two weeks from today. 3.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
