The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 to immediately provide confirmation or response to the Petitioner's application and facilitate the participation of the Petitioner's sports persons in the 37th National Games of 2023 at Goa. 2.

It appears that this Petition has been lodged on 23rd October, 2023 and the games are to start on 31st October, 2023. Be that as it may, the Maharashtra Olympics Association have in fact written a letter to Respondent No.4 dated 26th October, 2023 forwarding the OCTOBER 30 2023 Laxmi

10 wp 13341-23.doc names of the Taekwondo players recommended by the Maharashtra Olympics Association and a request is made to consider the players' list. 3.

As far as this Petition is concerned, once this letter is written by the Maharashtra Olympics Association, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition. We, therefore, dispose of the above Writ Petition as being rendered infructuous by subsequent developments. 4.
