This is an application for condonation of delay of 15 days in preferring an application for leave to file appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 2.9.2015 passed by the 19th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune in SCC No.29928/2013. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 has vehemently opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the delay of 15 days in preferring the application for leave to file appeal is condoned.
