After arguing the matter for some time, as the Court is not inclined to grant the bail, she seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application after a period of one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
