By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 1 year and 104 days caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal. In paragraph no.10, the reasons for delay has been spelt out.

As noted above, the applicant has filed the aforesaid appeal through the Legal Services Authority, as he was unable to engage a lawyer, due to financial crunch.
