Mr. Chavan, the learned Counsel for the applicant has pointed out a typographical error occurred in the order dated 25th November, 2016 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 520 of 2016 taken out by the husband of the applicant. According to him, the error is in para-5 where the word "not" be inserted after the words "with the evidence" and the word "or" be inserted before the words "influence the witnesses".

The necessary correction be carried out and the order be read accordingly.

After having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant for sometime, it is brought to my notice that, pursuant to the observations made by this Court in order dated 25th April, 2016 and the order dated 5th May, 2016, the present applicant has already paid the amount to the complainants and the complainants have tendered their resignation from the firm.

It is further urged that the matter is already subjudiced before the Division Bench for quashing of the proceedings in view of the above development. The statement is accepted. 3).
In view thereof, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount. 4).
The applicant to attend police station as and when called. 5).
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever.
