The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner Shri Kishor S Patil states that the Petitioner would withdraw the above Petition and would file an application for injunction before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur in the pending suit being Regular Civil Suit No.449 of 2013 and also file an application in the pending execution proceedings bearing No.170 of 1993.

To facilitate the filing of the said applications, the ad-interim order which is operating in the above Petition is continued for a period of two weeks i.e. up to 19/08/2015. It is clarified that the said ad-interim order comes to an lgc

wp-11238.14 end on 19/08/2015 and it is for the Petitioner to apply for reliefs in the applications that would be filed. The above Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
