The learned Counsel for the petitioner have moved these Petitions by praecipe dated 11.06.2019 for withdrawal of the Petitions. Along with the praecipe, order dated 24.04.2019 passed by this Court (Coram: G. S. Patel, J.) as also Consent Minutes of Order in Chamber Summons No.445 of 2019 in Commercial Execution Application No.63 of 2019 are annexed. The praecipe along with order dated 24.04.2019 and consent terms dated 24.04.2019 are taken on record and marked 'X colly.' for identification.

In view of the consent terms filed between the parties, learned Counsel for the petitioner seek permission to withdraw these Petitions. Mr. Shiralkar has no objection.

In view thereof, on the motion made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn in terms of the consent terms with no order as to costs. Order accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Minal Parab 2/2
