The applicant (original accused) with his counsel and respondent No.2 (original complainant) with his counsel submit that police complaint was lodged due to some misunderstanding. Respondent No.2 has tendered affidavit giving his no objection for quashing of FIR. Affidavit is taken on record. Copy is also served upon the petitioner. 2.
Offence is registered under section 324, 448 and 427 of IPC. 3.
We have perused the police complaint. The parties submit that because of money lending transaction between them, dispute arose. We accept the joint request and make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
