Heard the learned counsel for the parties. We have referred to the statement made on behalf of the Corporation in the affidavit dated 29/10/2018 filed by Mr. Prakash Ramchandra Thakur, Deputy Director, Town Planning Department, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. 2.

In the facts, we observe that the petitioners are entitled to file individual comprehensive / detailed representation along with relevant documents of title, possession and details of areas within two weeks to the

917-wp-12342-18.doc concerned authority of the respondent no.1. On receipt of such representations, the concerned authority of the Corporation shall look into the same and decide it on its own merits. All issues are kept open. 3.

In the alternative, the petitioners are also at liberty to resort to alternate remedy and/or to join in the pending Suit. 4.
