Learned counsel submits before this Court that the Petition was filed in this Court with a limited prayer viz. direction to the Authority to decide the Revision Application before whom Revision No.437 of 2019 was pending. Post filing of the Petition, the Revision Application was heard and now it is closed for orders.

In view of this event, learned counsel for the Petitioner on oral instructions prays for withdrawal of the Petition. 3.

Writ Petition is allowed to withdraw and disposed of accordingly.
