We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider the Application filed by the Petitioners dated 7 August 2012, to appoint on compensationate ground as the same is pending. In view of above, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible and preferably within three months from today. Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms.

Rule dispose of accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs.
