Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant is the writ petitioner in the Writ Petition. Only prayer made in this application reads thus:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass a appropriate order thereby directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CID, Pune, Respondent No.4 to forthwith submit Chargesheet in respect of FIR No.488 of 2010 lodged in Pimpri Police Station."

Apart from the fact that even a regular Writ Court taking up criminal Writ Petitions will be very slow in granting such a relief, we must note

caw2915 here that the investigation relates to fabrication of orders allegedly made in relation to the proceedings under the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act,1976. No interference can be made with the investigation by directing the Investigating Officer to forthwith submit the charge sheet. The Investigating Officer is bound to complete the investigation expeditiously. However, no outer limit can be fixed for completion of the investigation.

Hence, subject to what is observed above, civil application is rejected.
